The Polaris MagTone is a high intensity electromagnetic muscle toning machine, The device works by contracting the muscles and forcing them to remain contracted for several seconds using a specific range of frequencies that do not allow the muscle to relax between successive stimuli thereby forcing the muscle to remain contracted for several seconds.
